Angel Down is probably about all tragedies where people feel safe like schools movie theatres, churches, walking down the road which are their churches and bad things happen (Pulse, The NC churches, Sandy Hook, all the black people shot as Gaga tweeted about BLM a few times). I think people are generalizing it just to be about Pulse.
