Cher is everything. But everyone forgets she wasn't a pop star lol. She did pop rock. "Believe" wasn't her sound up until that point at all. But she killed it.

Angel is such a gem. One of my faves.

Before you graduate to True Blue, you'll want to check out the three soundtrack singles Madonna released during her Like A Virgin days; Crazy For You, Into The Groove, and Gambler were all big hits that really went down as highlights of the era.
