Hyomin's voice is nice once in a while but, like Jessica's or Sunny's, it gets grating and hard to listen to in excess. Soyeon or Eunjung are better choices, skill aside.

Jessica's voice is better than Soyeon's, and Hyomin's voice is much more powerful at some point. I have watched tons of We Were In Love live videos, even though Hyomin only sings half a chorus and raps a bit after MinKyung, Hyomin's part overshadowes all of Soyeon's in my opinion.
But like T-Ara's vocal ability is beyond normal and nothing special, I'd say they can sing but just Hyomin, Soyeon and former member Aerum, the rest can't.
