The man in the moon is smiling,
For he knows what I'm dreaming of,
Tonight is the night for making slow love...
Often called the album's most underrated song, "Slow Love" is a perfect little slow jam that was co-written by Carole Davis. Not heard of her? Not surprising. But she went on to record her own... Interesting version of the song, which you can hear here at 22:26:
Whew, all those 10s though!
Wicked acknowledges it being underrated: "I've noticed this gets paid dust by most... But it's as fantastic as anything else. Those high notes... His usage of the trumpet is marvellous. Wow, just another song proving he's pop's genius." Buyonce1814 simply says, "One of my favourite Prince songs of all time." Latinazza, however, feels "it's nice and sexy and whatnot, but it may be my least favourite track in the album".

Baby, I just can't stand to see you happy,
More than that I hate to see you sad...
A funky little number about an unhealthy relationship, "Strange Relationship" was intended for the Camille album but its history spans all the way back to 1982. Initially, it had a more "Eastern" sound, with instrumentation influenced by Indian music. However, on the officially-released version, this was almost dropped entirely, with the sitar and wood flute in the song being placed deep into the mix.
Buyonce1814 calls it "relatable", and Latinazza calls it "a great pop song with a stomping beat that stays with you".
