Unfortunately, AOTY doesn't award an artist reaching their creative peak, it rewards the best album of the year, and Lemonade is not better than Radiohead's album. AMSP is musically and lyrically superior in every way. More complex, ambitious, and accomplished. So is Blonde.

who generally follow up their AOTY win with albums that fans find mediocre in quality.

i've heard this about the winners of 2012 and 2013 out of the last ten years. the rest either haven't released anything since they won, have gotten positive enough reception, or haven't been noticed at all since. so what are you talking about?

It's one of the most critically acclaimed albums of this year so I'd be pissed if it lost tbh.

I wouldn't be too mad if it lost to Coloring Book, but if it loses to 25 then it's clear the Grammys have a bias towards Adele and white women
