What do you mean "trying it"? If you knew anything about Country, you'd know this is not a Country album. That's just a fact. There's a couple of songs that have Country influence on them (Sinner's Prayer and Million Reasons) but that's literally it.

I would like more sparse promotion if they actually do put out the right songs from here on out. I do think they should continue with million reasons, see how it fairs for the fall/winter, and start next year with dancing in circles or ayo. Honestly, from the snippets it sounds like such a spring album. But she's not gonna have smash singles anymore, they're gonna have to be organic. Like the fruits of ha farm.

Most of the songs, sans maybe John Wayne, Diamond heart, DIC, are very country influenced. In fact the album is more parts country than it is pop.

Come To Mama is a holiday anthem

Just Another Day has MAJOR New York City Broadway vibes..nothing country..a low key Fashion! tea

Hey Girl sounds popish, nothing country about it

Grigio Girls is serving a lowkey The Queen type of song

John Wayne/DIC/Diamond Heart sound very pop

PI is a pop song with rock undertones...nothing country about it

Million Reasons is more folk than it is country...reminds me LOW KEY Of Monster and Men- Little Talks

AYO is a better MANICURE (was this song country...)

Sinner's Prayer is def country

So yeah, the WHOLE album is country

Not true at all. Do some Country research. Angel Down, Hey Girl, Come to Mama, Just Another Day, Perfect Illusion, Dancing In Circles, A-Yo, Grigio Girls and Diamond Heart are not even remotely Country. Joanne is folk, but not Country. It's very Joni Mitchell/Karen Carpenter.

The only songs that have Country influence are John Wayne, Million Reasons and Sinner's Prayer. John Wayne has a western breakdown but it sill a Pop song at it's core (similar to Miley's 4x4). Million Reasons has Country influence with the songwriting for sure, but it's not super Country. Sinner's Prayer is probably the most Western influenced on the album, very Johnny Cash meets Bob Dylan/Led Zeppelin.
