BTW didn't turn people against her with screamy vocals or with bad melody. The song is good and it stayed 6 weeks at number 1 which proves it (if it was only hype it would've fell like Hold it against me)

The song turn people off cuz they are HOMOPHOBES or self hating gays.

They should do anything to get one. And MR really doesn't need much to become a hit. It needs to be announced now, send to radio in 1-2 weeks and have it's video released at the end of the Album release week or the week after.

I can see this one being a top 5 hit. It's potential is strong and it's showing. It has nothing going on besides a banner and it's holding so well and that's with all the new releases from Friday that could've pushed it far below.

Beyonce (first time around) and Katy didn't perform new songs. I mean unless you do count run the world, they performed their greatest hits. I know you and the rest of the monsters only care about sales and charts but honestly, it doesn't matter. She will still play perfect illusion (or ay-yo since it's been described as a stadium anthem) along with her hits. This isn't a time to debut 4-6 Joanne songs. I'm not sure if you're american or not but that's not how the super bowl works. And frankly, unless the song is catchy or good, no one will care. SO just enjoy the music.

Its good initial numbers were the effect of TFM and huge hype surrounding the release. The other fact is that it's a fan favourite album I guess. Fair enough. I love your Little Perfect Delusions but let's be real for a moment, ok?

ARTPOP was the worst album she could come up with after the scary and off putting BTW. This is why C2C was needed and did it's job partially.

Now, with Joanne Gaga is on a great route. Let's keep our fingers crossed for high scores on Metacritic because it's all she needs IF and only if she wants to be a mega star. If not, who cares, after all we love all of her music, BTW, ARTPOP, doesn't matter.
