I LOVE this. I'm really excited knowing that the album has more of a raw, authentic feel this time around. Her music has always been authentic, but I've always wanted her to do this style of music because her voice and songwriting fit it so well. My dad always said that he'd probably like Lady Gaga if it weren't for the antics, and he liked her TV special with Tony, so... I'm about to turn my dad into a hardcore Little Monster.
I don't know why people are complaining about her voice on this song, though. Her vocals are great.
I can already tell a lot of the ATRL Little Monsters are going to bitch about the sound of this album because it's not the dance-pop sound they wanted. But seriously, I'd love for her to do more songs like this. It's probably her best ballad since "Speechless." I believe every word she's singing on this song. It's so beautiful.
