What don't you get? From what I've listened to so far aka PI and the whole country direction she wants to go in and how messy she has been and how she wants people to call her Joanne (which not only is her worst album name but also one of the worst names out there) I am dissappointed. As a Gaga stan I'll be listening to the album hoping it's good keeping an open mind, but I doubt it'll be any good especially since she's doing COUNTRY (the worst genre out there). People calling this her ROL or IP are delusional af, especially since all of the songs on these are great. Above all, she wants to cater to football fans at the superbowl. I'm FRUSTRATED.
The worst genre that literally brought legends like Carrie Underwood, Shania Twain and Sheryl Crow? Okay sis
right?! Experiencing an era without those things and not worrying if it'll do good or bad is a great thing I want to do.

AND also on October 21, I am encouraging everyone to drop their phones, shut their laptops/pc and just listen to the music. Don't post on social media/ATRL about every single track while the whole album is playing. I don't remember who but someone said here that he'll grab a piece of paper and pen and write little thoughts with each track, I think we all should do that.
Thats a cute idea. And yes I also agree in that you should just sit back and carefully listen to the album track by track before running to the Internet to see if people like it.
IP was the one that got major backlash as far as I know but that's not the point. It might be in the same position, but the music will definitely not be as good.
When someone changes their style so bold like this it scares fans to bit. Trust me we will look back at this record and go WHOA that was awesome. What makes ROL and IP such CLASSIC amazing records is how good they sound today. Timeless even though at the time fans may not have seen it that way.
WaiT, she performed on that bar somewhere in Nashville, right? And Nashville is known for country music. Maybe she chose the songs with the most country influence because she's performing them to a crowd that likes country music.

I think J A Y or LadyGagaStan93 said that a while ago, but yes - I'll be doing the same and I encourage others to do so too!
