It's because people like it when other people are fat now.
Think about it. We like people who look like us & there's a 33% obesity rate. Couple the two and there you go.
21 only peaked at #4 in Japan. Now the last time I've seen a fat Japanese person was back when Gaga could still scan plat.
It only finished at #33 on the Hungarian Year-End album charts. Someone like Adele could never survive in a place called HUNGARY for obvious reasons.
The UK must be really pushing her over there
but the UK is right to push talent like her.
