Whoever won/lost will be split among partisan lines, which is why I followed tbe posts here but didn't bother watching. VP debates don't have an impact, especially in this election when the top of both tickets are such polarizing figures.
Well, Kaine was nice. But he isn't the best attack dog. The interrupting did not help. He just looked so desperate. He was very detailed and had the receipts, but I'm not sure he has the charisma or tone where people really listened or were convinced by him. He just doesn't sound convincing to me.
Pence did a pretty good job.

I'm unsure who "won." Tim Kaine had more facts and receipts, but went way off topic to bring up every single Trump scandal at once instead of timing them out for the appropriate questions.
Pence flat out denied things Trump said on-record, but the average American is uninformed and is unlikely to Google and fact check on their own.
EDIT: If I had to guess, a bit of the media will say Pence won, polls will come out to 60-40 or so that Pence also won. And there will be a 0-1% shift because this was, still, an ultimately confusing debate.

Every news network even the liberal ones are saying he won, plus the focus groups. It is what is. Probably won't have much effect anyways.
