Gaga signing onto the Superbowl, which definitely has an air of corruption to it, just confirms that the NFL heads are old farts who are a good five years behind on pop culture. They must still think it's 2011 where Gaga is legitimately one of the biggest pop stars in the world and where "all the kids love her!".

At any rate, kudos to her ruthless management, this is a huge coup for her. The tour will be guaranteed moderate success at the very least. Hopefully she'll steer clear of "Born This Way".

Honestly Applause >>> Perfect Illusion.

The Applos verses are a mess but they're fun in a campy, ridiculous way, and the chorus goes OFF. Perfect Illusion never achieves that kind of bop status.

Perfect Illusion is a case of a good song on paper with too many cooks in the studio and a mentally deficient singer who insists on her ear splitting Broadway vocals. As always, she's her own worst enemy.
