If you like alternative R&B, yes. If you like bangers, yes. If you like emotional ballads, yes. If you like good lyrics, yes.
Then you should give a try to her flawless debut album, Goddess. It has some of her best songs (don't worry if the tracklist is too long, Banks was too humble and added all the tracks from her previous EPs).
I think I'm gonna listen to some of her songs first before listening to The Altar or Goddess...
I love every single song, but at the moment my top 3 is Poltergeist, Gemini Feed, and To The Hilt. All the other songs aren't far away though, it's very consistent and I see this being like 1989 where my favorites are constantly chaining. BANKS is killin' it with the quality, ahhhh my fave.
I already have 200 scrobbles and I was a hater before hearing this
Trainwreck, Poltergeist, Mind Games, Judas & Mother Earth are my favorites rn
This Is Not About us, Lovesick & Weaker Girl are my least faves but I still like them.
Trainwreck is the highest selling and most streamed (on Spotify) album track, excluding official and promo singles. I know stats don't matter in BANKS' case, I just thought it was interesting. Had you asked me to guess which song would resonate the most with the public, I definitely wouldn't have said Trainwreck. Lovesick is the runner-up in both sales and streams

That's actually predictable. Why wouldn't you think that? It's the biggest bop on the album and most likable on first listen IMO.
