Because they can't come for Beyonce
They can come for Rihanna but only when hiding behind beyonce. They really thought that alliance was going to help them. They come for Rihanna sporadically but Rihanna's stats continue to devours gaga's existence.
They come for Britney because they are seeing red at the fact that legends love Britney for paying proper homage without being a ripoff copycat with reductive results.
Britney took inspiration from the best and made it her own which is something gaga couldn't achieve.

It's a shame because she has artistic vision but now those are just blurred lines (another reductive smoke and mirrors stunt with bad consequences in the end)
