Like the Age of consent for sex is 16 in Washington state (my state), but "Communication with a minor (under 18) for immoral purposes in electronic format" is illegal.
Idgi.
I think because it falls into the boundaries of child ****ography. For example a few western countries allow 16-17 year olds to have sex but no explicit images of them can be shared or retained, even between other minors.
“The summer after my high school graduation,” he writes, “I was working a minimum wage mall job when I was approached by a man who said, almost fatherly, as I was eating a cookie, ‘Caught you with your mouth full?'”
Talk about a come on!
The summer after high school, when we first met...
ok @that fomo having some quality daddy d in front of him and not jumping on it and reaping the benefits and instead ratting him out like some messy attention *****
the ungratefulness
Some people aren't sex crazed maniacs are you okay sis?
They're both in the wrong because the hot daddy was married with kids and the 17 y/o knew it. But at the same time, 17 is not a "child". 17 year olds know exactly what they're doing. You don't suddenly become a wise adult just because you turned 18. If this was a 15 or 16 y/o or something I might feel worse for him, but this little gay clearly saw a hot daddy and jumped at the chance so he's not completely innocent. Ngl I probably would've done the same. The man looks like he provides the good d too so I mean
Aren't you all focusing on the wrong thing? I don't think the issue here os the age. But rather another married republican being caught in a same sex scandal

I hope you mean the politician himself and not the 17yr old.
No adult in such a position of power can have a healthy relationship with a minor. People don't often grasp that the issue is more-so the inherently unbalanced power dynamics that allow for the minor to be abused.
You're a grown ass man. Stop looking for dates amongst minors working part-time in a mall food court.
Mike does not believe there’s any reason he should be contacted [by the FBI] because he maintains that he has not violated any laws personally or professional. And that’s his belief at this point.

According to NOLA.com, Buisson refused to elaborate on the allegations or what they could mean for Yenni politically, insisting that the politician, who was out of the office today and appears to have gone into hiding, will have no further comment on the matter.
The teen is also keeping quiet for now, telling Queerty in an email, “I’m not doing any further correspondence with media outlets for the time being.”
