Talonflame and Diggersby are obviously the best competitive wise out of those groups. There's no arguing with Gale Wings and Huge Power. Gale Wings is the ability EVERY team should carry in AAA, and Huge Power is banned in it.

Speaking of the idea of a "sequel" type remake to RBY, I once read a theory that they really missed the opportunity to expand upon Blue's inability to accept losses shown throughout the entire first generation games. He should've been pissed after losing his champion title IMMEDIATELY to Red. There could've been an epic storyline in GSCs postgame about how Blue had defected into a power hungry vigilante who battles people and takes their Pokémon or something in hopes of one day building a team strong enough to enact vengeance upon Red for shaming him in front of his grandfather. He also should resent Oak for favoring Red. Oak can't even canonically remember Blue's name, he has no parents, and Daisy specifically disobeys Blue's wishes to not share a town map with Red. Blue had wasted potential

Like imagine your final showdown with Red atop Mt Silver also culminating in you having to face Blue. He shouldn't have become a gym leader. Any random new character could've taken that spot.

I hate that furret is classified as a rodent with all those other flops, when it was actually quite "uncommon" since it is quite rare across the generations and sentret was only found in TWO routes in the original game... The injustice!
