well sure, but they were also bigger than PI. then came Work which is bigger than any gaga single since...?. plus Joanne will not outsell ANTI or get that level of acclaim plus touring etc
FFS and BBHMM were both hit singles. Maybe not to the extent of a normal Rihanna hit (aka #1) but they were both still successful, esp the former globally.
