Three things:
a) The riddler never outright said news would come today. It was implied according to Cresselia's translation. As we've seen already this hype season, Chinese translations can be mis-interpreted due to the vagueness presented in the original statements. It literally could just mean soon.
b) It's only 7pm. At least wait till the day is over before meltdowning
c) We also did get A-Exeggutor's new move; Dragon Hammer. Which was a slay. (Although obviously not what the Riddler was referring to).

Meanwhile apparently my niece is coming in to visit on Saturday and she now has Pokemon cards I really got ha hooked on the franchise, i see. She wants to bring them in and show me, but she asked if I still have any, and I'm thinking she wants to play them with me, but idk how many she has and if she got random cards or an actual deck.

So I went and bought 4 theme decks rn which should come by Friday. The Volcanion, Hoopa, Lugia and Zygarde ones. Got all 4 for like £44.

I have X, OR, & AS. Between those 3 games and Y, it is possible to get every Pokemon. I did do some wonder trading, some friend safaris, and a lot of GTS. Had to play through X a couple times to get legendary birds and some evolutionary stones.

I used www.pokedextracker.com to help me. It not only keeps track, but also tells you where at and in what game you can get whatever Pokemon.

I'm pretty sure they'll come (DP remakes at least). Remakes sell well and don't rquire as much work as a new gen.

RIP third games/sequels. The two main titles and two remake titles formula did well for them sales wise for Gen VI , I don't see why they wouldn't repeat it.

Absolutely. I'm confident that DP remakes are happening this gen. It seems like they're done with third versions, so DP remakes would be able to be released since I don't see them doing a gen with only one game. It also easily ties in with SO much from Sun and Moon.

First and foremost, Sun is associated with Cynthia and Moon, Cyrus (or the other way round, idr). Next the Rotomdex. Next Hawaii's locations having Diamond Head Volcano + Pearl Harbor irl. Then the Munchlax event. Then SM having day and night return. and so much more.

I feel like Gen 1 remakes will happen in 2021 for the 25th aniv, on the NX.
