I live in the center of District 2, and agree that there are a lot of libertarian voters here, but also many more Trump signs. Clinton signs are very scarce — less than for down-ballot Dems. Not too surprising as Dems caucused heavily for Sanders. My feeling (perhaps supported now by this Petts poll) has been that Clinton rides on Cain’s coattails here, rather than the other way around. Poliquin probably beat Cain in the last election to take what had been a Democratic seat because there was a bear-hunting referendum on the ballot. This time there is a background check initiative, so that will probably motivate many of the same voters. On the other hand, Referendum #1 legalizes marijuana and # 4 raises the minimum wage in successive years. Maybe it's a tossup.
