Why would I be pressed? If anything, I was relieved that SML did so well because it kinda made the era seem more successful in terms of longevity and single success.
The tour has been the most annoying thing about this era for me though. The dress, her OTT behaviour, and not enough focus on her voice or the music. I wish she'd go back to just singing and talking a little bit between songs. Now, it's almost like performance art. She does a literal theatrical performance between every single song. It's kinda cringy.
Love her, her voice, and her music, but come on now, let's not be so OTT. Keep it simple.
