I can't believe FiveThirtyEight weights the Google national poll highest just because of its sample size. I mean they also have Clinton +1 in South Dakota. And they wonder why people are beginning to question their credibility.
Also, the Ipsos state polls are really wacky. Unworthy of their A- rating.
Where do you see them having SD at +1? Curious. All the poll I'm seeing from Google for SD are wack
Also, regarding the LA Times poll, I think it's actually really helpful to have around. No, it's not good as an estimate of what America as a whole thinks - it clearly skews Republican. However, it's the same people each and every time, so we get to see how the current news cycles alter opinion. After the fainting spell, it had Trump +7 - and has shifted to +2 through the course of this week. Seeing a measurable 5 point shift towards Clinton is pretty helpful.

I've been encouraged by the numbers coming out of North Carolina, though.
Glad someone else noticed this...the poll fluctuates almost entirely based on Trump's black support. He'll randomly have 20% then the next day it'll drop back down to 3%.

It does not, only the early requests. In 2012 Romney actually won the in person voting by a healthy margin but ultimately lost the state due to Obama's advantage in early voting

It isn't you're right (as they haven't voted yet) but it clearly shows a lack enthusiasm from Hillary's side with regard to voting. Or maybe they all will just choose to vote on election day
What we're saying is, Republicans generally win absentee (mail) voting, but Democrats overcome that once in-person early voting starts. Republicans do better on election day, though.
And they wonder why people are beginning to question their credibility.
