Drake has the top selling 2016 album, top streamed 2016 album, and a #1 single from the album in US. It's obviously the biggest 2016 album in US, sorry. There is literally nothing to debate.

That's not true. Usher always changes his damn sound. No Limit is a typical R&B/Trap song that would be released today but any other artist. It's a jam and that's why it's smashing on Urban radio.

LEMONADE is 1 hour and 5 minutes with no commercials, it's not as long as an episode. 30 minute episodes are 22 minutes minus ads, and 1 hour episodes are 40-42 minutes minus ads.

It's not as short as a 1 hour episode but not as long as a movie, so it costing more than an episode and less than a full movie is a reasonable price.

And if your music isn't on Apple Music or Spotify a large amount will buy it instead. You win sales, and you lose some sales with streaming.

I agree, but to say Beyoncé's accomplishments aren't that impressive in comparison is just

I think they're closer to each other than some would like to assume. Obvi Drake is bigger but his available everywhere while Beyoncé's isn't. The sales gap isn't that significant.

It's a stretch to say everyone was willing to spend $17.99 just because a movie was included when the average consumer probably didn't care about the film. Most probably would have bought it regardless.

And yes, having Lemonade as a Tidal exclusive helps its pure sales obviously. Doesn't take away from being a successful album and I wonder what SPS and properly released singles would be if it were released to other services. One day...

This! All he has is streaming by default, due to fact Bey would rather collect the pure sales than streams. Plus there's only a 96k difference between Lemonade and Drake. It was 115k two weeks ago. She's already outsold him globally and catching up to him domestically.

By far the dumbest logic I've seen in months. Beyonce's tour is selling more tickets than Adele, is LEMONADE bigger than 25? Views' tour sold more tickets than 21's tour, is Views bigger than 21?

The way some of y'all never fail with made up qualifications to what makes an album bigger.

Touring has nothing to do with how big an album is (hence Madonna having all-time high touring numbers with flop albums). It has to do with how much of a loved performer someone is.
