The moment I saw that it came down to her I knew Nicole won because of the jury segment where Dae said "don't tell me i'm about to have to give this 500k to Nicole"

This exactly. She didn't like Nicole but she knew she played the best game and voted correctly
Honestly as much as I'm not a fan: Nicole learned from the past that men go far in BB so she made the right decision and deserved to win almost as much as Paul. He made a gigantic mistake and I don't know what the hell he was thinking taking her final 2.
