That's on the District Attorney (also elected). These DAs always bring these police misconduct cases to a Grand Jury...if they really wanted indictments they'd just serve the defendant a felony complaint. A grand jury is not something that's necessary.

Creates a dedicated $25 billion fund to provide support to private nonprofit schools that serve low- and middle-income students and help them build the skills they need, of which private HBCUs are a prime example.

Agreed. Police misconduct is an issue but at the same time not everyone is innocent.

It's less about fairness/accuracy than expediency. A felony complaint leads directly to an arrest. A grand jury often leads to...nothing. And a lot of DAs and prosecutors know that. Police misconduct cases typically convene special grand juries that are longer than most other felony cases. It basically becomes a trial without the cross examination. Without cross examination the prosecutor basically controls it all...if they want an indictment they will get one. But...they usually don't.

Does Hillary have a web page that shows how much revenue she plans to get from that tax raise? Because she has a lot of plans that call for investments but every single one seems to be paid for by that one time tax raise and it's hard to believe that all that income can come from one source.

Well I do believe stopping the tax cuts for the rich can provide a whole lot of revenue. The top 1% tax evasion has been a huge problem in the past so I'm guessing there's a whole lot more money stored in there than we can imagine. This is why the Wall Street execs are fighting to get Trump elected. They really are scared.

Most wall street execs support Hillary over Trump. I was watching a business network a few months back and the CEO's preferred Hillary and said didn't believe her rhetoric on the issue.

They just aired polls this morning and the Wall Street execs are voting for Trump more as they've always supported republicans more. They're also supporting Hillary ofc but then again not all of the rich lack morals. Just look at Mark Cuban.

What's even more dumb about Trump's stop and frisk suggestion is that the president has no power over local police policy that way. NY Republicans have been on favor pf the policy for years, but all he has done is give Hillary a new race related talking point especially since it was found to be unconstitutional.
