I personally am so excited and hyped for this album but you can't blame people who miss the Gaga we have had for the past 8 years. It sounds like it's gonna be a pretty big shift in direction.

I don't blame them at all honestly. I just wish they would see that it's a new direction and not because of some 'creative downfall' that they're making it out to be. But whatever. Gaga is not the creator of music and they will find someone else to fall in love with.

I would at least hope people wait and listen to the album before jumping to conclusions based on fan descriptions.

I can't say that I'm not sad to see some of Gaga's craziness toned down this era but I've loved what she's given to us so far so I can't complain. I'm so excited for the album.

I understand that and honestly creativity is kind of an opinion too really. So maybe for you it is a creative downfall. To me PI is about as good as album track Gaga song, and the video is better than Love Game, G.U.Y, Marry The Night, Born This Way, You & I, and TEOG. It's not amazing, but it's not terrible either. I don't think "different" instantly means good, but none of this is by no means different, it's just different for Gaga.

The sooner you guys understand that she wasn't some infallible space alien making GOD LEVEL pop music, the better. The perfect illusion indeed.
