Apparently they broke word of Katy's early too. It's generally announced sometime during or after October I think - so now would be a little early for an official announcement if true.
Is it true though that this year it's another daylight halftime, guys? I really think she ought to sit it out if true, the production of those really does decline - it doesn't look half (or honestly a quarter) as good.
