Yes but PI had Spotify Impact while Rise was an AM Exclusive. PI even made the Top 10 on Spotify's Impact Chart which is also called the Payola Chart so it still had a big push even though its music video isn't out yet.

Furthermore, Rise's video wasn't even the official one It also didn't have a radio deal unlike PI.
