Well, it certainly samples this song. Also I think in this case, it can be considered a female version of the song. But then again, it's true a lot of redone songs sound exactly like others. Look at Alejandro being influenced Dont Turn Around (by Ace Of Base), Judas influenced by Mannequin Factory... The list goes on.
