So the owner of Porpagaga has said that Gaga wont be promoting Perfect Illusion anytime soon.
Maybe Interscope has decided to let Perfect Illusion tank and release the second single soon.

It's not gonna be a huge hit, makes sense to save the promo for the second single & the album rather than waste spots on a dead single.

I doubt ARTPOP will get a big bump, or go platinum unless Interscope shells out the money. Joanne will for sure get a large boost, though.
