Bullet isn't that important, it just shows how song is doing in bigger span but its irrelevant in early weeks, its low atm cause of rolling effect.

Bullet = Total increase or decrease in spins compared to last week.
Bullet+ = Change in "Bullet" compared to the day before

It got around 850 spins last three days so 996 is improvement. you can't expect updates to be huge when rolling starts cause it always subtracts from last week. This is great update
