a perfect delusion indeed. her 2007 breakdown has her set for life, everyone and their mama and grandchild knows who knee is. nose on the other hand has never done ANYTHING that will ever be remembered. no classics. no scandals. no iconic albums. both knee and fad ended in 2011 so none of their music is recognized by children today.

The pairing Gaga and Ronson is simply wrong. Ronson aside from a few hits, has gotten a lot of flack for his own records.

He was just lucky he worked with Amy and Gaga is no Amy at any point.
She is also not this cool girl who hangs out at clubs where new cool bands are performing and gets inspired by it.

I mean, just listen to that radio interview where she is saying the lines of her duet with Florence as if she has written some lyrical masterpiece. She is just super corny and not in a good way.

The way everyone is still on here arguing over our faves and the GP when just 2/3 years ago we had receipts to back it all up, now Rihanna, Beyoncé, Adele and Taylor are the only ones anyone else knows and cares about.

Even then I'm not delusional enough to think a lot of people are actually that aware of Beyoncé's new music outside of the memes and I woke up like this'd merchandise I see everywhere, but she's everywhere in the media like Taylor is, and she can still sell.

I don't even think Gaga is talentless in terms of writing (maybe producing) and I think she even has great artistic instincts. It's just that her ego is tremendous. She took what should be a team effort and tried to do it 100% her own way.

But why re-invent the wheel when all you have to do is slightly modify it?

She thinks that singing weirdly in the PI chorus showcases her talent and individuality and proves that she is a real artist, but she seems not to realise that just because you can sing it doesn't mean you'll sound good however you do it. (See: Jessie J)
