No, Google uses Python to scrape/crawl it's indexed content
The way I've been told it works is that it searches keywords and filters in all indices, and if that brings up specific answers, they'll display it, as well as official source page(s) and anything related
Grace must have said something about Taylor, and her name must be in the filename or description of the photo
