I just can't appreciate Neutral Milk Hotel. He's singing off key the entire time. I can take sloppy but you're off key the entire time, the whole song in the studio too? Out.

Neutral milk hotel are awesome. Jeff is such an emotive singer. I just love people who sounds amazing when they are obviously straining.
They should've put Death's Symbolic instead of Human. That metal list is also severely missing Cult of Luna's Somewhere Along the Highway and Cynic's Focus. I'd probably change Stereolab's album and put Dots and Loops instead. And where is Actress' R.I.P.? Transition from "Jardin" to "Serpent" alone places it on Bleeps list.
I downloaded the album last week but still have to give it a listen. They are one of my fav jangle pop bands along with Felt. If only Orange Juice and Aztec Camera released something as good as their debut albums...
Hey sorry for the self promo, but I started the "New Frontier rate", if y'all like experimental electronic music - Arca, Oneohtrix, Holly Herndon, Empress Of, among others, please participate!
Recently, Nicolas Jaar posted a particular image across his various social media profiles. The move suggested that the producer was readying a new project to follow his 2011 debut solo LP Space Is Only Noise, as well as his 2013 Darkside album Psychic. Shortly after the images appeared, Jaar launched a mysterious radio network, he revealed it’s a “mutation” of his subscription-based “serial label” Other People. Then, Jaar shared a new project called “The Network” via a six-hour radio mix for NTS. It featured new music, as well as artwork for 19 small mixes. Now, Nicolas Jaar has announced a run of tour dates to close out 2016. He will play the United States, beginning in October, before heading to Europe.
