It's certainly not great, but what were people really expecting? First week performance is based mostly on the fan base, and considering she lost tons of fans with ARTPOP and then spent the last 3 years doing a jazz album and AHS... She has done lots to repair her image, but that doesn't necessarily translate into first week sales.

I doubt this song will do much in the long run either way.
