Anyway, this isn't a song that was gonna smash out the gate, we all knew that. She didn't have much momentum going into it, and she's starting light with promo...just a couple of radio interviews so far. It's a grower, it's not an instant ear candy shower, I haven't seen this many people change their opinion on a song after a few listens in so long. Once there's more promo and radio builds, hopefully this will stabilize and build up.

Music consumption in 2013 was different. Today Applause probs would have done 130K-150K if all other conditions were the same.
