Well that's because it's September.

All of the summer songs are peaking so songs that were released this month (i.e. Perfect illusion) and upcoming songs from people like Bruno and whomever is releasing in 4th quarter will benefit from songs that will begin falling down the charts in the next few weeks.

This happens in September, Feb and May
