Pretty much. "Closer" is just too strong, and will be dominant for another 2 months at least. Not -as- dominant, but it'll be ahead for quite some time.
When Bruno releases, "Closer" will undoubtedly be less dominant than it is now. Plus, he'll release with a song that's actually good, so he should be able to dethrone "Closer" and stay #1 rather than losing it in less than 24 hours.
