Gaga had a massive tour, bigger than any Katy tour ever, in the same year ARTPOP happened.
It's not about the GP not liking Katy, it's about them not caring about her, and that's true.
Check: her last three (four if including xmas song) singles being bombs despite music videos and major promotional tools, Kim K styled app bombing, never being a major hot topic after awards shows, unable to work with Dr Luke anymore, her main source of hits vanishing etc.
This isn't 2010 or 2013 anymore, Katy hasn't been a major pop star in 3 years.
Gaga is in a similar position actually, but Kats can't see that Katy needs help ASAP.
