My friend thinks it's a sign of Cubans turning their back on 'liberalism' or what is supposed to be communism in Cuba so they go for the political party which calls itself the conservative party in the US. Someone correct me though.
Meanwhile Puerto Ricans don't like the GOP immigration tone even though they are all citizens and can move freely and don't like some of the comments made by Republicans about the financial downturn on the island.
