Well, when you go from making amazing songs like "Just Dance," "Poker Face," "Paparazzi," and "Bad Romance" to releasing... stuff like "Marry The Night," "Applause," "G.U.Y.," and "Perfect Illusion," well... A downward trend is really the only direction you can head in.
