Because, unlike most other pop girls, Gaga creates her own music.

Her image can be controlled by managers, but she's still going to put out the music she think it's honest and good. She's not going to have a laboratory of pop doctors creating a pop song for her "comeback" and sales. Not shade to those who do (I love Taylor Swift, for example), but Gaga obviously can't stand that life and wants to make music that makes her happy.

PI's Spotify debut is good but considering all the heavy promo there it should've been higher. For instance, Cold Water had 3M plays the first day.

She won't be commercially over for the next two album cycles or at least I can hope so. Her fanbase is still strong so I think she's able to sell over 500k with LG5 and when you add streams she'll get another Platinum certification. I don't care about single sales because they've dropped massively so these days we celebrate when a song sells over a million.

Registered partnerships for same-sex couples became legal in 1996. It was replaced by the gender-neutral marriage law on 27 June 2010.
