Considering Applause couldn't go #1 with all the hype, it's pretty impressive she managed to hit #1 worldwide with very little promo (single cover+a few radio interviews).

I'm excited to see what this era will bring next. Lady Gaga always plays by her own rules.

Fun fact: Marry The Night was supposed to be the first single off Born This Way for a while.

Both Marry The Night and Perfect Illusion are one of those songs that should be released as the 1st album or never at all.
