I doubt she can afford to.

Rihanna initially couldn't either (I have a source) until Samsung swooped her up. But what can Gaga give a company like that? She's not beautiful or an everyday fashion icon. And her reach demographic are gay teens.

Gags' career would be in a much better place if the fame monster was a full length album not an EP/release and she'd waited to release it, with 1 or 2 more singles like Monster, DITD or SHICD. Then she could have released Born This Way in 2012 and her career would have lasted longer than 5 years.

3) Beyoncé can still tour.

None of the above is true for Gaga. If she doesn't have successful singles, then what is left?
