Tit had the hype releasing a new single after 2 years of no music
and Gaga is tackling Closer, a song currently at its peak of popularity
Rise was a huge sized flop despite having the right circumstances to smash (new Tit music, the Olympics), having a sound that is trendy with the GP (which PI is not) and being promoted a lot more than PI
