To be honest PI is receiving so far much more love than Work. People here started liking it afterbit became a smash which is a shame. You cannot validate smth through its commercial reception.
She said the track is about things being a Perfect Illusion. She looks perfect, right? People like why the sudden change? Even the two radio hosts in UK kept mentioning about her name, making reference to her real name.. then someone else called her Stefan-Ga. I'd love for all of this to be some artistic piece. She's trying to fool us all that she's now changed!

I remember Work being SLAMMED by everyone at first, myself included.
I seriously can't stop hitting repeat. But the negativity that will ensue when it drops from the #1 spot is going to be so annoying.
I think it will become a signature Gaga single in the end. People seem to love it or hate it. This means it will spark a lot of conversation and the song will gradually grow as time passes. But it is waay too early to discuss the song's success when it wasn't even officially added to radio.
