As an album track it's decent, I can see myself listening to it every now and then.
As a lead single it's sorta disappointing - too repetitive and shouty (legit gave me a headache on the third listen, I had to turn it off; and I listen to rock and metal). It could've benefited from an extra verse or a guitar solo imo.
I really hope there's better material on the album.

Those are the 3 of the most popular stations, and the best I can do. Please go crazy on their twitters expressing your love for Perfect Illusion. I don't care if people like the song or not l, requesting on their Twitter will hopefully lead to more AirPlay, more exposure and then people can truly decide there feelings on the song. It's unfair that the song will be mistreated because of unfortunate annoying overly opinionated Australians being dismissive.
I am beyond tired of this please help all Aussie monsters out so that we can finally not be shunned for liking Lady Gaga. I know it's kind of stupid, I could careless about her chart positions, I just am tired of this. I know it's first world problems, but for everyone talking about making soccer mom accounts to support the song, this is really where the song needs support, and I know it's not that serious, it would just be really great to experience her music the way the rest of the world is.
