Pretty sure she is comparing the "love" to a high she is now coming down from... for those of you wondering about the lyrics. Hence the "I still feel the blow..." line, etc.
There's drug references throughout the whole song. Amphetamine, modern ecstasy, dilated eyes. I think it's about a drug-fueled one-night stand and then when she's having her comedown she realizes it wasn't love, just a drug-induced illusion.
