I contacted Universal Music Bulgaria and they told me that they already have the song ready and it will be available after midnight tonight on the Bulgarian versions of Apple Music, Spotify, Google Play and Deezer which is in 3 hours. Also, they're sending the song to Bulgarian radio stations tomorrow morning! Here's a screenshot (although it's in Bulgarian) if you need proof.

Someone on GGD contacted Universal Bulgaria and they said PI will be available at midnight on the Bulgarian verisons of Apple Music, Deezer, Spotify etc. Luckily I'm in the same timezone as Bulgaria and Deezer had released songs before other streaming services did (ex: Terrence Loves You).
