Yeah but that was just a Christmas jingle for a commercial, I think it's safe to say an actual track on her album would be much better.

There are two ways I see it. The phrase dust to dust means we are dust and we return to dust after we die. So what she's saying is that now that she is dead her legacy will be nothing more than another woman her husband slept with. And then there's the fomo'd interpretation of the line using the slang meaning of dust, ie "paying someone dust" but that's probably a reach.
Lena is a writer, producer and director, being an actress is just a plus. Her career does not depend on being liked and HBO adores her. The problem is that we don't need to know every one of her stupid thoughts.

When I first heard the album in full, I thought it was the best song on it, but upon further listens it declined to the bottom like Katy's last single on the charts. My first impression of it was truly a perfect illusion but it's the worst one. Lana Knows I Tried is the best thing on that album. Ultraviolence remains her magnum opus.
