I just checked Peniel's Instagram and poor thing. His eyebrows are basically painted. When you look at the older photos, you'll notice how he slowly lost his eyebrows too.

They announced SF9's debut a few days ago, but left it at that afaik + AOA has gone through some hairstyle and color changes lately so it could be them. They also recorded a ballad in June so who knows.
